Love our new blinds! Phillip and Daniel are great - friendly and professional. They discussed the various options with me on their first visit, and the final result is just as I had hoped. Their estimate for delivery was accurate, and the installation was very quick.
This company was wonderful to work with. They were timely in coming to the house and measuring and efficient in installing our new blinds. The quality of the blinds is great. We will use them again when the time comes.
Great customer service, and also the only place I found in the US that had the "Perfect Fit" or "Intu" shades. After several months of communications to ensure they were what we needed, we received the wrong shades (regular, instead of top down bottom up or TDBU). And due to a long break in communications prior to ordering, I lost our original text thread and nowhere else was my request for TDBU documented. Philip was very responsive and honest as he pored over our communications and found the old text thread on his end. He quickly put a replacement order in and we got our TDBU shades.
The Perfect Fit shades themselves are a little fiddly to install partly because ours are for French doors which are taller than windows, but you get the hang of it after the first one. We also got the magnetic ones as we didn't want any screws into the doors (adhesive is used instead). They work well although if you want a more streamlined look, you might opt not to have handles. Overall they are the perfect, unobtrusive and un-invasive solution to maintaining privacy with French doors.
Excellent blinds for tilt-turn windows, and the only ones I could find in the U.S. Phillip worked with me throughout the process, ensuring a perfect fit for all my windows. He even troubleshooted and fixed one of the frames when I accidentally cut the cord in the unpacking process. Very affordable prices for such a specialized product. Highly recommend!
Blinds by design has done a couple jobs for me and they under promised and over delivered. I have had many bad experiences with contractors in different industries. This company showed up when they said they would, left the place spotless after installing my blinds and were very professional/easy to communicate with. If you were thinking about getting blinds for your house or business, I would definitely recommend calling them!

What a great team Phillip and Sandy make! My first encounter was two years ago when I hired them to install a Sunsetter awning for my deck!
